HOW CAN I RESERVE THE 360 ROLLOVER CAR FOR MY EVENT?

Booking is easy! Just head to our booking page, select your preferred date and time, and follow the simple reservation process. Once completed, our helpful team will promptly confirm the details and provide any further assistance you require.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY AND PICK-UP POLICY?

We proudly serve all of Southern Georgia from our base in. For cities located 20 miles or more away, an additional mileage fee of $5.50 per mile each way will be applied.

CAN MY EVENT TAKE PLACE IN A PUBLIC AREA?

Certainly! We're happy to deliver to any location within Southern Georgia However, please be aware that certain public areas, such as parks, may necessitate event permits or have specific restrictions in place. It's your responsibility to inform us of any required permits and to obtain them. In the event that we are unable to set up due to permit issues, your payment will be forfeited in full.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. In the event that we are unable to set up due to inclement weather such as rain or high winds, we will contact you to reschedule for another day. Please note that 360 Rollover Car reserves the right to cancel any delivery if we deem the weather conditions to pose a safety hazard or to be harmful for the operation of our equipment.

DO WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

No, in response to high demand, we exclusively accept full payment to secure your event time slot.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

You are permitted one reschedule within a 24-hour period without forfeiting your full payment. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, please feel free to reach out to us via email at book@rocnroll.net, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your needs.
